*** I Heal I is doing everything in our power to follow Covid19 standards and guidlines, while still moving forward with our Retreats.
We believe that now is a wonderful time to participate in activities that support and increase our immune systems.
During this retreat we will be tuning in with nature, coming to center, and connecting with like minded woman.
Our objective is to increase our immune system through laughter, play, dance, crafting, meditation, sister circle, rituals, juicing, fresh air, and yoga, while still providing an environment that allows for space.
We will be providing hand sanitizer and gloves and guests are welcome to bring their own masks. Our Ocean Front Bunk house has private bathrooms with hot water and soap for handwashing and unlimited hot showers.

INTO THE DEEP is a retreat experience dedicated to exploring our emotional waters. Each day we will be diving deep into our mind, body and spirit in order to recognize where we are and what we are carrying, (emotioanlly, physically and spiritually.)
My intention for this retreat theme is to provide a safe and loving platform for each of us to reflect, to release and to integrate.
The Bunkhouse has multiple rooms, each room has bunk beds, tables and couches.
We have 14 twin beds available at $750 each
We have 2 Queen beds available at $800 each

Into The Deep Retreat will include:
Bring your Yoga mat, and get ready to explore your body in a whole new way.
Instead of focusing on muscles, movement and strength, we will be exploring the Healing potential of stillness, opening, softening, releasing and allowing.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time. Easing into our bodies and exploring hidden tensions, We create space for Opening, and Movement.
Yin encourages Stillness, Awareness and Inner Truth. Allowing the body to relax and find its place within the pose, we invite expansion and encourage mind/body communication.
Yin Yoga Philosophy:
*Find your edge within each pose (Only go as far as what feels right for you in that moment)
*Make the commitment to stay in the pose (Once you have found your place within the pose, make the commitment to stay for the suggested length of time.) *Be still and present (Yin Yoga is not a passive yoga, it is a practice that requires mind/body connection. Although we make the commitment to be still, we are Always listening to our bodies and are willing to adjust if need be)

**Sister Circle Join us as we come together in Sister Circle. Within this sacred space we will be engaging in rituals, songs, meaningful and heartfelt conversations as well participating in activities that cultivate a sense of love, acceptance and communion.
**Emotional Release Dance
We have created time and space to explore and connect with our bodies!
Engage in movements that aide in shifting old energy and bringing new, vibrant energy into ourselves.
Allow the music to soothe your soul and bring you home to yourself. Feel your life force rising up through your body as you Express your emotions through dance, movement and intention.
**Pain Body Release Techniques:
Our bodies carry cellular memory. Within this cellular memory contain aspects of traumas and pain that have been experienced in this life and perhaps many others. If we do not create the time and space to visit these aspects of our selves, to sit with this trauma, to see it and feel it and then release, than we are destined to carry this truama and pain around with us for a lifetime. Join us as we Release old energy and heal our bodies through pain body release techniques, utilizing lacross balls and yoga blocks.
**Daily Journaling Each day we will be gathering as a group to read poems and passages that stimulate and encourage emotional awareness. Our guests will be given an Into The Deep manual that contains thought provoking ideas and stimulating questions, each person will be encouraged to take the time to dive deep into their concious and subconcious mind in order to discover their authentic answers
**Self Love Rituals Connect with your heart and your intention through sacred rituals. Rituals are activities that couple an intention with the potential of the universe. When we engage in rituals we combine the symbology and the power of elements with a deep yearning in order to manifest our dreams

Pull up a chair, gravitate toward the activity/Craft that you feel called to, and dive into a world of endless creative expression.
**Crystal Bowl Sound Healing:
Allow the sounds and vibrations from the crystal bowls to aide in your healing journey. Give your self permission to go deep within and explore your emotional waters. Release tention and resistance so that you can become fully present within your body and connect to your heart.
Savor two days of fresh Organic Juices, made from healing and cleansing fruits and vegetables. After juicing we will be transitioning into a one day water fast. During this time we will be providing unlimited herbal teas and cucumber/lemon water. This is an opportunity to release the burden of food and let go of the constraint of "3 meals a day". During this time we will be shifting our focus from food to Inner Healing and Self Care. Fasting is a wonderful opportunity that allows the body to focus on repairing and renewing itself, without the distraction of processing food throughout the day
**Ocean Front Bunkhouse:
We have reserved an absolutely gorgeous ocean front bunkhouse in Caspar Ca!
This bunkhouse is large, spacious and has a private kitchen, bathroom and shower room.
Our Bunkhouse is situated on over 35-acres just 5 minutes north of the scenic village of Mendocino. The grounds feature a Farmhouse, 3 sleeping cabins, campground, organic vegetable & herb gardens, and native plant nursery. We will have direct trail access to the adjacent Jug Handle State Reserve, which includes Jug Handle Beach and the Ecological Staircase Trail.
There are numerous nature activities and educational opportunities within minutes of our facility, including:
- mountain biking
- horseback riding
- whale watching
**There will be plenty of time for quiet and personal reflection. Enjoy relaxing by the ocean, or get on your hiking boots and go on an adventure on the many trails that are available in the area.
We are also offering group discounts for groups of woman who would prefer to share a bedroom.
