About Us

African Dance

The Nevada County Drum and Dance Community

has been going strong for over 30 years!! We offer dance and drum classes with

local, well-studied and talented dancers, plus frequent special workshops taught by

Congolese and West African Master Artists.

Classes are accompanied by live percussion, and are open to all ages and abilities.

You are welcome to join us and share in the joy of African culture!
