Welcome to the SACRED WOMEN RETREAT, where you'll embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery, healing, and spiritual growth. Our retreat offers a range of practices to help you deepen your awareness, connect with your inner resources, and cultivate a sense of inner peace and joy.
Join Jasmine for Yin Yoga, a gentle practice that involves holding poses for an extended period to release tension and improve flexibility. You'll also experience Guided Meditations to access deep relaxation and inner peace.
In addition to yoga and meditation, you'll participate in Somatic Exercises led by our skilled facilitator, helping you to become more aware of your body's sensations and release chronic tensions. You'll also join Sister Circle, a supportive and intimate gathering of women where you'll share your thoughts, experiences, and challenges in a safe and non-judgmental space.
