~Yin Yoga
Create space to explore your body in a loving and mindful way. Yin yoga is a slow-paced yoga practice that offers simple and gentle poses. Yin yoga encourages each participant to listen to their bodies individual needs, moving slowly into each pose and only going as far as what feels comfortable to you, we then hold the pose for a small period of time. When holding yin yoga-poses we are faced with our own inner dialogue and emotional surges... The greatest practice is making the commitment…

This ticket covers a private room in a Queen Bed in our lovely Victorian Farm House. It also covers all activities.
